If you are receiving the 1st dose from us, you will have to find your 2nd dose at another vaccine clinic
Who is eligible?​
We adhere to Wisconsin's Department of Health Services guidelines and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to determine who is eligible to receive vaccines.

Currently, we are administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to any adult and children 12 years old or older. Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccines can be administered to 12-year-olds or above, but they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if a minor.

Why GET TestED Before Vaccination?
The CDC advises against receiving the vaccine if you have a current COVID-19 infection. We do not want to put anyone’s health at risk by administering the vaccine to anyone with a current COVID-19 infection.
WHERE do WE administer the vaccine?
Second Dose
We will schedule your second dose after the initial appointment in accordance with CDC guidelines. For more information, see the CDC website for up-to-date guidelines.

Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine: appointments will be 3 weeks (21 days) apart. If you need to re-schedule, there is a grace period of 4 days earlier and up to 6 weeks (42 days) after the first dose
